It is within walking minutes to the lake, outdoor pool, club house, and beach (** access to the pool requires purchase of temporary membership; the club requires minimum one-week stay / reservation for temp membership. All the info can be provided post booking). Minutes by car to indoor / outdoor waterparks (Kalahari, Camelback, Great Wolf Lodge), casinos, tree-top adventures, skiing mountains, snow tubing, shopping, spas, restaurants, hiking and biking trails, horse-back riding, a shooting range, ATV adventures, and much more. The home is currently setup as 3 full bedrooms and a sunroom. It sleeps 8 comfortably with the following configuration: • Living Room: a bright spacious room with gas-driven fireplace (just press a button and it's on), featuring two-stories high vaulted ceiling with two skylights, 8 large windows, comfortable Pier1 loveseat sofa, two chairs and foot rests, and a piano. • Master Bedroom (1st Floor): a large bedroom with two large windows, a king size bed with a luxury pillow-top mattress. Connected to a master bathroom with a standing shower. There is a twin bed with a trundle (i.e. double bed). • Bedroom (1st Floor): a beautiful bedroom with vaulted ceiling, three large windows, king size bed, one Stokke Sleepi crib, and a 43-inch smart TV (connected to Amazon firestick). The bedroom also has a rustic styled desk. In a closet there is a pack-n-play and an unfolding camping cot. • Master Bedroom (2nd Floor): a beautiful bedroom featuring vaulted ceiling with two sky-lights, large double windows, a king size bed, one toddler bed. It is connected to a master bathroom with a tub and standing shower. • Sunroom (1st Floor): a light-filled sunroom with 7 windows and large sliding doors leading on to the outdoor deck. The room features a 47-inch smart TV (connected to Apple TV), a comfy loveseat sofa, and queen-sized sleeper sofa. • Kitchen: features GE and Bosch appliances and all the housewares you will need to prepare your favorite dishes. • Outdoor Deck: features a large dining table, 8 chairs (with cushions), and a 6-burner stainless steel Char-Broil grill (connected to a propane line). By staying in our property (one week+, only), you may have the option to purchase a Temporary Membership to the Lake Naomi Club during your stay. The Lake Naomi Club is a private club. Temporary Membership is required to access the amenities and is available for an additional fee that is paid directly to the club. Membership to the club provides access to the lakes and beaches, the clubhouse-restaurants, participation in recreation and social activities, the recreation tennis courts, two outdoor pools, tennis (court fees are additional), golf (greens fees are additional), and kids’ Summer Camp (additional fee). It also provides access to the Logan Steel Community Center, which has an indoor pool with zero-depth entry, indoor spray park, adult whirlpool, steam room and sauna, state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobic room, multi-purpose room for various sports, café, indoor tot lot, outdoor playground, and WiFi internet connection. The Temporary Membership application and photo submission must be arranged directly through the Lake Naomi Club at least seven days prior to your arrival. If payment and photos are not received within seven days of your check-in date, and expedited fee of $50 will be charged by the club before the Temporary Membership packet is released.
