We have capacity for 4 people, who will stay in 2 bedrooms. The house is designed and prepared with love for your arrival, it has a kitchen, living room with Smart TV, dining room, swimming pool, bbq grill and terrace, besides enjoying the children's area of the condo. It has: -2 bedrooms with balcony, closet, vanity and air conditioning each. -1 full bathroom and half bathroom with towels, hygiene amenities and hot water. -Fully equipped kitchen to cook all your food and snacks. -Dining room for 4 people. - Living room with Smart Tv so you don't miss your favorite shows. -Terrace with outdoor furniture, hammock and Bbq Grill. -Private swimming pool to enjoy the sun. -Laundry area with washer and dryer. -3 parking spaces -Wi-Fi In the condo you can make use of the children's area for the youngest members of the family. We are a pet friendly property! We accept 2 small pets upon request and with an additional cost of $350 MXN per stay per pet. Don't miss the opportunity to stay with us! Guest access We can handle flexible check in/out times, but always subject to availability. You will be previously registered at the property, so in order to have access, we ask you to send us the requested information. When you arrive at the entrance of the development you will have to indicate the adress you are going to and show an official ID. At the entrance of the property there is a lockbox where you will find the keys to access. For security reasons, your code will arrive a few hours before check in and will be deactivated at the time of your check out. We kindly ask you not to share this code with anyone. We have 3 parking spaces reserved for you. The condominium where the property is located is secure and totally private (controlled access). It has 24hrs security. Welcome! Other things to note Our neighbors are very important to us, so we ask you to be very respectful and reduce noise between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. Thank you very much for your support! In case your reservation is for a long stay it is important to keep in mind that our pool needs maintenance every four days. Additional services: -Cleaning fee: $450 MXN -Pet fee: $350 MXN per stay per pet (maximum 2). Good news! The property has a grill and utensils. We recommend bringing a bag of charcoal :) The whole house is air conditioned. -An additional cleaning fee will be charged for long stay reservations (+8 days) for every additional week
