House in the Adirondacks (ADK CANDYLAND)

This is a 4100sqft Ranch style house is located in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains on Lake Vanare and is 5 minutes from Lake George and 20 minutes from Saratoga. Whether you are a couple seeking a romantic getaway, a small/large family or a group of friends you are all welcome. We are happy to host weddings, family reunions, bachelor/bachelorette and corporate retreats. The space The maximum occupancy is 8. The will be an addition $75 per night per person after 6 people. This is a pet friendly house but all pets must be pre-approved prior to your reservation. The pet fee is $300 and is due either prior to or the day of arrival. if you do not inform us of your pet, the guest security depot will be forfeited. Please do not put us in this situation to have to take this action. There is no smoking in the house, only outside. Guest access Guess have access to the entire upstairs of the house, the deck, and the beach. All instructions for the house will be sent prior to arrival. This will include instructions for keyless entry. There is a guidebook for the house that has all restaurants, attractions, and things to do in the area. This is a great resource for our guests and something that should be viewed. Other things to note The cell phone service is spotty at best. There is high speed internet for WIFI calling and a landline if necessary.
