The space The entry foyer is on the ground level. Upon entering this well-appointed Hilton Head villa you will be greeted with the chic dining area that has seating for six and the relaxing family room decorated in blues, greys, and cream colors. The cute and open floor plan is great for enjoying each other's company at the end of a long day on the beach or golf course. The family room is equipped with a sleeper sofa and two armchairs, as well as a 55" flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The sliding glass doors lead to a quiet back patio for island style alfresco dining on Hilton Head Island. The galley style spotless kitchen is just around the corner. With all new appliances, the kitchen has been thoughtfully equipped to meet the needs of even the most demanding cook. Located in an alcove just off the kitchen is a washer/dryer for your laundry needs. The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, a built-in desk, sunny windows, and a private bath with a large tub/shower. Down the hall pass is the guest bathroom featuring a shower tub combination and the second bedroom which features one double- size bed and one twin- size bed, along with a magnitude of closet space. The Island House complex features ample parking just steps from your front door, a large spacious pool with plenty of lounge chairs and a pool house and picnic area for you and all your guests to enjoy! The large complex pool is located just around the back of the building which also host a grilling area.
