A kitchen, living/dining area, and 1/2 bath on the second level and 3 bedrooms with two full bathrooms on the third level. The Master suite has a King Bed with attached bathroom and shower. The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom with shower/ tub. Each of the guest bedrooms have a Queen bed, and one of them has a twin bed as well. There are exterior decks on all 3 levels. Morning coffee on the deck just outside the master suite is a great way to start the day. Soak up the sun on your own private beach while stretched out on cushioned lounge chairs off the bottom deck. Have a BBQ and a social gathering on the second/main level deck with comfy outdoor furniture where the sunsets are breathtaking. At night gather around your own wood burning fire pit on the beach while the moon dances on the water just steps from your back door. You will have access to a two-car garage where the lounge chairs, a large beach umbrella, Adirondack chairs, and other things are kept for your use. The 2nd level BBQ utilizes propane. ExtraTanks are provided but not necessarily filled. Wood for the fire pit can be purchased at various locations nearby. I'm easy to reach by email or text day or night....or through this website. The house is centrally located 9 miles (or 20 minutes) South of Clearwater and 9 miles (or 20 minutes) North of St. Johns Pass/Treasure Island. Island Marine Rentals (Scooters, Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Bikes, and full-size Power Boats) is a 5-10minute walk just north of the house and in the same parking lot is "The Pub" with waterfront dining for lunch and dinner. Fine dining at Salt Rock Grill is 1 mile south, and casual dining with live music is 1 mile north at Crabby Bills or Slyce Pizza Bar. Slyce has the best Pizza in the Petersburg area and they deliver! 40min from Tampa International 30min from Clearwater/St. Petersburg airport 1hr 35min to Disney World - Orlando 50 min to Bush Gardens - Tampa 20 min to World Class Fishing Excursions The Suncoast Beach Trolley stops just outside the our community gate on Gulf Blvd. It runs every 20 - 30 minutes from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, Sundays. (including holidays). Service is until midnight on Friday and Saturday Nights. Look for special trolley bus stop signs located frequently along the route. In addition to the services along Gulf Boulevard, connector routes run between the coast and downtown St. Petersburg. The cost is $2.00 per ride. The house is furnished with all the comforts of home. You'll find all the dishes, cookware and utensils for meals at home, as well as a Kuerig Coffee Machine, toaster, blender, and Nutra-Bullet. Basic cleaning supplies, paper towel, plastic wrap and foil. Hairdryer, Iron, ironing board, and laundry and bath soap are also provided. Everyday bath and Beach towels for each guest as well as many other things that allow you to arrive to immediate comfort and feel you are in your home away from home.
