A one of a kind cabin on the rivers edge! The Danielle Lodge is a beautiful home overlooking the Chiwawa River, next to beautiful untouched woods. Fall asleep to the sounds of the river then wake up with coffee in the hot tub overlooking the river! An absolute paradise. STR Permit #000022 The space This Cabin is a quiet has 4 bedrooms with a total of 5 queen beds and 2 bathrooms surrounded by beautiful trees, mountain and river views. Sandy River Beach and wooded forest service trails next to the home to explore. Maximum number of Guests is 6 (includes children) & no day guests per county code that is strictly enforced. Main floor has an open living room, laundry room, Bathroom, Kitchen & 1 Bedroom with Queen Bed. Upstairs has a loft/game area w/ X-BOX, Bathroom, 3 Bedrooms with a total of 4 Queen Beds. Full size kitchen includes multiple sets of dishes, utensils, pots & pans. There is a Bathroom on each floor and each have provided Soap, Shampoo & Conditioner. Smart TV w/ Dish Satellite WIFI Internet (84Mbps - Tested 11/2021) Large backyard with the following amenities: •Horse Shoe Pit •Ladder Ball •Giant Chess set •Fire Pit •BBQ •Teeter totter/ sand box •Picnic Table and Outdoor seating Guest access Guests have access to the whole home along with plenty of parking. Keyless entry. (Code will be sent after signed contract is returned.) Other things to note Dogs are allowed for $35/pet/night. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture and must be cleaned up after. A provided Dog Run is set up for your convivence. EV Charging Station Available for Guest Use. *During winter months (if there is snow on the ground) the Danielle Lodge driveway is a bit to steep to drive down. It's about a 100 feet. We provide supply sleds to tow your stuff down and the driveway is heated for your convivence. This is done by our guests all winter, but if someone had special needs this could be an issue. Please advise us in advance if you need any special assistance.
