You will have the entire upper floor, a space in the garage and there is parking in the driveway and on the parking strip. There is a mother-in-law in the lower level which is completely separate with an entrance door to the mother-in-law in the back. She uses one space in the garage. I won't be available in person but will be by phone. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It is residential but two blocks from the main arterial street. It is about 7 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes from downtown Edmonds with shops, bistros, coffee shops, movies, breweries. Attractive, small downtown on the water. Walking path along the beach, park and marina area. The bus stop is two blocks and the I-5 freeway is 5 minutes.
