It's also just a short 15-minute drive from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Seaworld, and other major attractions in Orlando. Our platinum condo on the ground floor can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We also have a sofa bed in the living room for additional guests. Each room is equipped with a smart TV/Roku TV for your entertainment. The space The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances such as a juicer, blender, electric toaster, and electric grill for your use on the balcony. We also provide a new set of ceramic pots and pans, as well as complimentary cleaning supplies, bathroom essentials, and laundry supplies. There are various entertainment options available for you including a children's bike, golf sets, pool floaters, a game table, a domino set, a monopoly game, a DVD player, Smart TVs, magazines, and books. You can even rent DVD movies at the Clubhouse if you wish. If you are traveling with infants, you'll be pleased to know that we have a pack & play, a high chair, babysit for toddlers, and umbrella-strollers available in the master bedroom closet. This ground-floor condo has undergone recent renovations. All of the rooms have been freshly painted, including the doors and closets. The bedroom carpets have been upgraded, while the main area, dining, and living room floors have been replaced with porcelain tiles. The kitchen has been refurbished and is fully equipped with modern appliances including a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, washer, and dryer. The kitchen also features a beautiful Terrabianca stone countertop/breakfast bar that seamlessly integrates with the living room and dining area. You can enjoy the outdoors in our walkout-screened patios, which are accessible from both the master bedroom and living room. Wi-fi service is complimentary and available throughout the unit and resort. A free parking spot is located next to your door. This unit is on the ground floor, so there are no stairs to climb. Our condominium is located adjacent to several swimming pools with hot tubs that are open from dawn until dusk. For those who enjoy night swimming, the main pool at the clubhouse is available. On the premises, there are four heated swimming pools and five hot tubs/Jacuzzis that can be enjoyed all year round. There is also a water park for small children and those who are young at heart. In addition, there are tennis and basketball courts, as well as a man-made sand beach volleyball court. For those who enjoy walks, there is a 3/4 mile long trail that surrounds two lakes, perfect for long walks surrounded by beautiful landscaping and wildlife. Guest access Guests have access to swimming pools, sauna and restaurants. Smoking is prohibited in all apartments and balconies. You can smoke only in smoking areas around the resort. Other things to note Cenote Spa is located at the clubhouse. They provide massage, facials, manicure and hear removal services of great quality at affordable prices. There is an on-site restaurant-bar next to the pool. If you wish, they deliver food and drinks to your unit very competently. Wi-fi service is free in the unit and on the entire resort.
