Must present voucher to prove residence. As a guest, to use the Clubhouse Facilities, you are entitled to a certain maximum number of wristbands based on the number of bedrooms in the unit you are renting. The number of wristbands for this unit are as follows: 3 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 8 wristbands * No wristbands will be provided in excess of this amount. * All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities. * Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest. Other things to note * This is a dog-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit. ​​​​​​​Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pool Heater Charges and Information: There is an additional optional charge of $25 per day plus tax to heat the pool. Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis. Resort Parking Rules: - The resort allows a maximum of 3 cars for a townhome. - Only 1 car will fit in the driveway, overflow parking is available in nearby spots. - Please pick up parking rules at the guard gate. Parking is strictly enforced. - Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will tow.
