Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Pet Policy Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee: $50 for 1 dog $100 for 2 dogs Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Neighborhood Quiet Hours City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Digital Guestbook & Add-Ons We provide a digital guestbook with essential details about your stay, house information, local recommendations, and checkout instructions. You can also request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and a small fee) through the guestbook. Security Deposit & Damage Waiver Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation. You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind.
