Located just 0.1 miles from shopping and dining, and about 3–4 miles from the world-famous Siesta Key Beach, our home offers comfort, privacy (fenced yard), and a fantastic central location. A free trolley service operates on Siesta Key and in downtown Sarasota for easy transportation. The pool is heated during the cooler winter months to 83°F. What to bring: Please remember to pack your own disposable items such as laundry detergent, dish soap, shampoo, paper towels, and other personal essentials like charcoal for the grill. Transportation: A public bus stop is just 200 yards away, offering easy access to Siesta Key Beach and downtown Sarasota’s shops, restaurants, libraries, and more. Who we welcome: Perfect for couples, solo travelers, business guests, and families with children. House details: • Full access to the entire home and private pool • Maximum occupancy: 6–8 guests • Parking: Up to 3 vehicles only (no guest parking available) Traveling with little ones or non-swimmers? Florida law requires a pool safety barrier if a baby, toddler, or anyone who cannot swim is present. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange installation. Fee: $85 (to cover the setup by a third party). Note: We cannot assume liability for accidents on the property. Safety is our top priority—thank you for your understanding! Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION – Please Read Carefully After booking: Please send us your email address right away so we can email you the arrival and departure instructions 7 days before your check-in. 2–3 days before arrival: Please call our office to receive the updated electronic key code. Parking: Maximum of 2–3 vehicles allowed. Check-out: Strictly at 10:00 AM. Late check-outs are not possible. Early check-in: May be available if the unit is cleaned the day before or by 4:00 PM. Please call us the day before your arrival between 5–6 PM to check availability. Guest Requirements: The primary guest (person booking) must be 26 years or older.
