This beautiful 3 bed/3 bath townhome accommodates 7 guests and features hardwood floors throughout the entire house. The kitchen is fully stocked for ease of cooking and is equipped with lovely granite countertops, a custom backsplash, and all your kitchen essentials. The main area offers an open concept kitchen/dining and living room and leads to a screened in Riverview porch. There is plenty of sitting space for entertaining. The main King bedroom is located upstairs and opens to a private Riverview deck with chairs and a table. Across the hall from the Main Bedroom is the Guest Room with bunk beds. The third queen bedroom is located off the Kitchen/Living Room downstairs. Each of 3 bedrooms have access to its own private bathroom and provides plenty of storage space for each guest. All Bedrooms and the Living Room are equipped with TVs. Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date. Parking is provided for 3 standard size vehicles (parking inside the garage). Garage opening is 7" tall and 9" wide The community pool is open April-October from 8am-10pm (exact dates can vary depending on weather) and the fishing dock is open year round. No grills, food trucks, or catering services that have to set up outside for service or preparation are permitted per HOA guidelines. We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use. Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am. The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited. The occupancy can be at most 7 people at any time during your stay. We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking. 12 miles to Downtown Charleston. 22 miles to Charleston Airport. The HOA has created a mandatory quarterly Pest Control service schedule. Please note that if you a current guests during the service, you must allow them access to the property to avoid a fine from the HOA. If you are not at the property, we will have to give them access to complete the service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will do our best to give advance warning to all guests as the HOA alerts us of the service times or any changes. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner's business license. Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
