After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made with a minimum stay of either three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications. The reservation includes a "starter set" of essentials, such as hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels. Policies: Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent. Photo identification is required at check-in. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Pets are not allowed.
