The home has been recently updated, and is freshly painted with brand new impact windows, sleek kitchen, and bright bathrooms. The first bedroom has a Queen bed and dresser, adjacent the hallway bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom with a queen bed and TV, features an en-suite bath with shower/tub, walk-in closet and plenty of storage. The third bedroom has a King bed and television. The family room can convert into a fourth sleeping space with a pull-open sofa bed (full-sized). The main living area features an open-concept floor plan. The living room adjoining the dining room features leather recliners, television and entertainment area, perfect for reading and relaxing. A formal dining table seats six. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters and plenty of cabinetry, perfect for the chef or baker of the house. Stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, small-appliances, and basic-start up items make preparing meals easy here. There are two counter-height barstools to offer hosting while cooking. The enclosed Florida room offers more space for guests spread-out, with a desk and concierge area, a bar cart, and casual seating.
