This is to ensure the home is properly cleaned up to CDC recommended standards and is ready for each guests' arrival. Terra Verde Villa is absolutely stunning. You and the entire family will love this quaint villa that is situated in Terra Verde, a resort community near Walt Disney World. The exterior of Terra Verde Villa is bright and the entrance is easy to access. When you walk in you will see the open kitchen to your right. The open concept allows for easy entertaining and cooking in your private villa. The dining table seats 6 people and overlooks the modern living room. There is also a half bathroom on the main level next to the utility room that houses the washer and dryer. The living room has a sliding glass door that leads to the backyard area that has outside seating and an above the ground spa. On the second level of this townhome you will find all of the bedrooms. Bedroom one has two twin beds and has a Mickey Mouse theme that is popular with the kids. Bedroom two has a queen sized bed with a large window that has a view of the front of the villa. There is also a full, stand alone bathroom that has a vanity with sink, toilet and shower. The third bedroom is the master suite that has a king bed and houses its own ensuite. This is the largest bedroom in the villa and has the largest bathroom as well. The community of Terra Verde is picturesque and is well maintained by the community. There is on on-site basketball court, volley ball court, large pool area, lakeside bar, indoor game room and theater as well as an on-stie authorized ticket dealer.
