It is well-known that there are many types of insects around houses in Florida, especially in natural areas. We have hired a pest control company to treat inside and outside of the property regularly to exterminate the insects. However, you are still expected to see insects occasionally which were brought into the house after the treatment through the open-doors and the previous guest's shopping bags or luggage. Please clean food crumbs and garbage from the house daily in order to not attract insects into the house. OUR ASKS: - Please no outdoor shoes in the house. - Please no food or drinks in any bedrooms or upstairs. - Please turn off all lights and lock all windows and doors whenever you leave. - Please keep all windows and doors (including the patio door) closed when the air conditioning is on. - Please bring the outdoor cushions from the outside to the inside to keep them dry and clean. *** PLEASE pay attention to the House Rules ***
