PLEASE NOTE: This is a residential community, not a resort OPEN KITCHEN REMODEL with beautiful furnishings and décor offers breathtaking views of the ocean from the living room, kitchen/dining room, and balcony! No better views on the island! Two-bedroom, two-bath Condo with a king bed in the master bedroom and adjoining master bathroom which has walk-in shower and large vanity. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and is located across from the second full bathroom. The dining room area has seating for six. The living area is nicely decorated and comfortable with a phenomenal view of the ocean. The balcony has tables and chairs so you can enjoy the salty air and ocean breeze. This condo has free WiFi, HD cable in the living room, digital cable in both bedrooms, and free long distance within the continental US. The Condo is also equipped with Blu-ray in the living room and master and DVD in the guest bedroom. A stereo system with MP3 capabilities is available in the living room. Also, the owner provides beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and fishing poles for the guests to enjoy. No monthly rental rates in March. PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking space per condo. There are no guest parking spots at the Oceans of Amelia. An additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle for the overflow parking. However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is at a first come, first serve basis only.
