Private off-street parking for 6-7 cars. Private yard. No hassles from neighbors or police when you rent this house, it's licensed and legal for weekend rentals. *Separate rental agreement with owner may be required. The space The Nautical Inn (Nautical A) 6 bedroom, 3 full baths Nautical A home can accommodate up to 15 guests in beds, 1 on the sofa and is decorated throughout in all lighthouse and sailboat decor. Spacious home is the perfect space for larger groups. Horticultural Hall is just a half block away. We are truly in the Downtown, only one block to restaurants and shopping. Bars, Beach and boat rentals just a few blocks away. Need more space, rent the house right next door, sleeps up to 16 in beds. The houses backup to each other and share the same parking so it's great for a huge group. It's your own private Compound. A stay at the Nautical rental homes in Lake Geneva is a whimsical treat, located right in the downtown . This is the location where visitors have been coming to play for over 25 years. Right outside the front door you will find bustling night life, renowned restaurants, superb shopping and area attractions. Guests can remember those long summer days, relaxing and people watching on the large front porch, complete with wicker furniture. Or, sit back and enjoy a cold drink or lunch on the rear back deck, complete with a patio/umbrella set, lots of seating and a BBQ grill. We have 6 off-street parking spaces and a designated area for boats and trailers, on a first come basis. The public boat launch is only three short blocks away. No matter what the occasion, when you're looking for a fun, relaxing stay, The Nautical Inn, located in downtown Lake Geneva offers vacation rental accommodations for everyone! Guest access 2pm checkin and 11am checkout most of the time when renting non-Summer weekends. Checkin mid-June to mid-August can be as late as 4pm with checkout at 10am when there is a guest leaving before you or entering after you.. ......Airbnb does not allow us to advertise two separate checkin/checkout times throughout the year so please confirm with me, we are always happy to accomodate when we can :) Guests are supplied with a Welcome Letter prior to arrival which will include lots of information on the home along with a numeric keycode to gain access into the home. The house is yours! All private. Other things to note NO PROM EVENTS. No big parties or events. Due to back-to-back rentals during Peak-Season check-in is 4:00PM and check-out is by 10:00AM sharp as the cleaning staff needs to prepare the home for arriving guests. During Off Peak-Season check-in is 2:00PM and check-out is by 11:00AM however; we are happy to adjust these times and offer early arrival or late departure. When I don't have back-to-back rentals, I am very accomodating to check-in and check-out times.
