The space The Green Mountain House in Manchester Village, Vermont is a private 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom home on the grounds of the award winning Wilburton Inn Resort. This is a fantastic seasonal ski home just 8 miles from Bromley and 18 miles to Stratton. It is ideal for hanging out together thanks to the double height ceilings in the living room and open floor plan with the kitchen, living room and dining room. Massive stone wood burning fireplace and comfy leather couches. Spacious covered deck with a BBQ and picnic table for dining al fresco. Call Melissa at The Wilburton Inn with any questions. Enjoy the fire pit, sauna, free wifi, free parking, and beautiful Green Mountain views. It is ideal for ski vacations, family reunions, college reunions, holiday gatherings, Vermont summer festival horse show, and groups coming to VT for weddings. In winter it is a terrific ski house! We offer discounted lift tickets to Bromley mountain which is 8 miles away. Stratton mountain is 18 miles away. BRING FIDO! We are so dog friendly, our Canine Concierge Jetson was featured on Animal Planet's Puppy Bowl! All breeds are welcome and $125/per dog/per length of stay. (Cavalier King Charles Spaniels stay free!) Join our legendary Canine Christmas Doggie Slumber Party. RESORT & PERKS This house is extremely private. There are 6 other homes tucked into different corners as of The Wilburton campus. There are 4 hotel rooms on which you can add for larger groups. -We have on site housekeeping and maintenance in case you need anything. -Our fiber Wi-Fi is so fast and reliable, you can Zoom with a view! -Add drop off catering from our organic family farm, Earth Sky Time Farm -Schedule massages with our massage therapists -Play tennis, volleyball, tetherball, outdoor ping pong, basketball hoop, croquet, giant chess, giant connect four, badminton, corn hole and lawn games galore. Lake Shaftsbury and Emerald Lake, 15 minutes away. The Battenkill River is a wonderful for tubing and canoeing. The Dorset marble quarry is an amazing swimming hole 10 minutes away. Of all our homes, it is frequently considered a favorite because of the great living room and fireplace. The main lawns and pool/tennis are shared with other guests at the Wilburton Inn on our private 30 acre hilltop estate. In summer, Outdoor pool, tennis, pingpong, giant chess, hammock, volleyball, Museum of the Creative Process sculpture gardens. Ideal place for biking, jogging, country walks, privacy. Cross country ski, sled and hike on the estate right out your front door. Add private indoor heated pool for additional $250hr. The magical true story of how we came to own this house and The Wilburton Inn Resort: Our parents had dinner at The Wilburton to celebrate my dad’s 50th birthday — and he decided to spontaneously buy the inn that night! We love entertaining and sharing our love of Vermont with other family and groups. We moved from New Haven CT to Manchester VT in 1972 and have been 3 generation of Levis Family Innkeepers since 1987.
