Renovated house includes an open-concept great room with floor-to-ceiling windows providing beautiful lake views - perfect for relaxing or dining at the dining table. A first upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed and is joined to a second upstairs bedroom, which includes two twin beds, by a Jack and Jill bathroom. A downstairs master bedroom includes a queen bed. Basement bedroom/common area includes a king bed, a bathroom, and a laundry room. Guests will have full access to 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, electric Weber grill, a smoker and an assortment of floats. Other things to note The house is down a hill with quite a few stairs which might be difficult for the elderly or injured. Please contact me if you think this might pose a risk and I will describe in further detail. The bedroom with twin beds does not have an air conditioning unit. However, we do have portable fans for the room. Additionally, the room is connected to another room that does have AC via a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. We have our carpets cleaned regularly. However, the carpets are old so while they are clean, stains from the last 30 years are inevitable. We always have extra coffee pods for the Nespresso machine, so please ask if you need some more.
