Sunsplash sleeps 12 comfortably in beds with four large, well appointed bedrooms, including the 3rd floor ‘family suite,’ each with its own full bath and TV. The space We love to cook and entertain, so we've stocked the kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare a gourmet meal. The large, open style kitchen, dining and living room layout makes it easy and fun for everyone to enjoy meals and hang out together. Relax in front of the 60" HD TV with 5.1 Surround Sound and watch a movie or listen to music. There’s also high-speed gigabit fiber internet access and WiFi, and a complete selection of board games for the kids. Guest access There's so much to do! There are miles of biking and walking/jogging paths to exercise or go for a casual stroll. There are rental kayaks, paddle boards and kayaks on the beach and the lakes along 30a. You can play tennis, attend yoga classes or workout in Rosemary Beach, and there are several public courses nearby. And, for nature lovers, I highly recommend visiting the beautiful state parks.
