South view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River from the 6th floor of the 9 story building. Walk out the back entrance to the pool and to the white sandy beach. Stair to beach and your building key req’d to return. We’re equipped with internet, Netflex and Prime with cable TV in two rooms while guest room w/Roku and a dehumidifier in the hallway. Shores Resort is down the street with great food and an outdoor fire pit. Across the street is an ice cream shop and park for children. The space Two bedrooms and two full baths (one with shower and other has a tub with shower curtain). Wood flooring is in the two bedrooms and all remaining areas are tile along with a very modern kitchen. Kitchen has marble counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. Various items remain in the cabinets and refrigerator for your use as desired. Washer and dryer inside unit along with several chairs and plenty of pool/beach towels. Heated Pool has chairs and an outdoor charcoal grill area for your use. There are 4 tables with a shade umbrella and about 15 chairs and 20 lounge chairs. Park in the garage in the owner spot inside lower level garage (building key opens the roll up door)! The spot is 7th spot on the right side after you drive straight inside. Elevators are inside the center area beyond the locked door. Parking on first floor for you and or your guest for a second vehicle - no trailers or boat allow in parking lots. Our Master bedroom sliding glass door has been replace Oct 2020. Windows are new, replaced in July 2019, so they can be opened! Please don’t let the strong window blow the shades too much. Shores Resort is two doors down the street with great food and an outdoor fire pit and bar. Across the street is an ice cream shop and park for children to play and connivence store. Our door has an electronic lock that will use a 4-digit code to open (code will be Supplied a few days prior to arrival). Parking passes can be obtained during normal office hours on the first floor nearest the door - there is a short form to fill out so that management knows someone is staying in our unit 6G. Vertical aluminum post shores (7) are on the patio after an Engineer’s Inspection for complete safety reasons! Therefore, the garage has shoring too and all spaces are for OWNERS or renter! Park in the garage in the owner spot inside lower level garage (building key opens the roll up door)! The spot is 7th spot on the right side after you drive straight inside. If you have a second car, space is across the street in overflow city lot. (Must have a parking pass for this vehicle as well as the one in the garage). Other things to note Library on ground floor for book exchange. Also a small gym with various equipment. Trash Chute in hall way for your use, especially upon departure.
