Quaint old house in the heart of Foley!

Cute little private home in downtown Foley! Within walking distance to everything Foley has to offer such as parks, shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops. Amenities include a large FENCED backyard, cable TV, wifi, and private parking. Some highlights in the area and only minutes from the home are the Tanger Outlet stores (2.5mi), OWA Theme Park (5.1mi), and the Gulf Shores beach (11.3mi). The space The home consists of two parts, the front being commercial and currently un-occupied, the back being the spacious and private 2-bedroom home. Guest access Minimum rental age is 22. For your security, we have a camera in the back yard to monitor access. Check in time is 4:00 pm. If you arrive early, there is a cost of $50 for early check in unless otherwise approved. Other things to note We do accept pets for a nominal $50 pet fee per stay. Please let me know if you will be bringing your furry companions. Long term rentals available with special rates.
