This spacious lake home is modern with a rustic twist and an open floor plan. Relax/grill on the multi-tiered deck. You’re walking distance from lakeside Mexican dining or rent a boat from many local marinas. Fish off the pier or use a local guide who will pick you up at our dock. If not outdoors enjoy the pool table, games or smart TVs! *Note large parties or events are not allowed as we are in a residential area and wish to respect our neighbors. The space Full access to the entire house is available: 2 separate family rooms, both with TVs Pool table, darts, air hockey and some toys for kids Deck: grill, Solo Stove fire pit, table with seating for 8+ Gazebo with couch and 2 rocking chairs (perfect for a morning coffee or book) Dock for swimming and fishing Lily pad - a large 6x18 foot floating raft Other things to note Our preferred guests are family and friends gatherings. The house is in a neighborhood and loud parties are not allowed.
