This home Accommodates 10 - 12 people, was Recently remodeled, refurnished and has a pool and spa. There is Fantastic dockage for three boats. The Atlantic ocean is only 5' away via wide, deep canal. The Master bedroom on the third floor features a large closet, master bathroom, a balcony facing the canal and a large sundeck on top of it. There is a Large screened in porch on second floor with an outdoor dining set, living room set and 2 hammocks, ideal for reading and relaxing…There is easy access to the pool area using back stairs from the porch. There is a second master bedroom with private bathroom on the second floor. The Large kitchen was recently remodeled with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The Family room is equipped with a 70" Smart TV and 5 power recliners/sofa. Formal dining and living rooms in remaining social area. Two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom on opposite end of the floor. The Large outdoor pool/spa/dock area with 500 SF covered porch faces the pool. Enjoy an outdoor dining set and BBQ area ...... large freezer, fridge, gas grill and plenty of seats & lounge chairs by the pool deck. There is an enclosed shower by the spa and a sand play area for the kids on south end of the pool deck. Guest access All areas of the house are available to the guests except the garage on the first floor which remains locked all the time. There is enough parking space to accomodate up to 7 vehicles/boat trailers (please refer to parking chart in picture section of the listing). Other things to note COVID 19 Notice: The house is thoroughly disinfected before the arrival of each renter. Our crew uses an ULV Fogger that disinfects with EPA approved, hospital grade, disinfectant and deodorizer, used by hospitals, municipalities, schools, nursing homes, hotels, etc. It comes in a fresh lemon scent and it disinfects open areas and sub-surfaces. The fine fog can reach into corners and difficult areas and may also penetrate porous surfaces. Please follow CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of respiratory diseases. PETS: No pets are allowed in the property.
