Guest access Plenty of room throughout the house, including laundry. Large decks on both levels -- upstairs has a power awning for the afternoon sun. Additional patio with firepit, and firewood is provided. Carport can be used for parking. Fish cleaning shed and so much more. Other things to note Only 2 easy steps into the main entrance of the house. 10 miles to nearest small-town grocery store. Gas station in village, along with 3 bars, bank/ATM, park, boat ramp. We will allow well-behaved dogs for $110 Pet Fee (2 dogs max -- NO cats). They are not allowed to go on furniture, nor be left unattended in house. Pet owner is responsible for any damages caused by dogs.
