The space The entire lakefront vintage modern cottage is yours! 1200 square feet, over an acre of land, fully stocked cooks kitchen, 2 Queen BR, 2 large couches, leather recliner, pullout couch, 2 decks, air mattress and washer and dryer. Open Floor plan with spacious sunroom/TV room overlooking the lake. Fantastic view!! Games, books, hammock, firepit, swing, kayak, and floats for use. Fun clean swimmable cove. Tie up your boat on our private dock. Amazing location by land and on the water. PETS - Service animals and pre approved pets only please. We cannot allow shedding dogs due to my son’s allergies. 2 Pet limit if approved. We require all waste be picked up and pets be crated when gone. Any pet brought to property without pre approval or failure to follow pet rules will incur a $250 charge.
