Come and enjoy our peaceful lakefront home away from home. We have enjoyed trying to furnish our home with luxurious items for your comfort & enjoyment and have tried to think of every possible thing you would need to have the most relaxing vacation The space Our home is perfect for enjoying peace and quiet, located near the end of a dead end street. We have ample off street parking including a 2 car attached garage and RV/boat trailer parking. The main living/dining area is very spacious with vaulted ceilings & sliding glass doors to overlook the lake. A 50'' flat screen with HD, satellite, & DVD player are provided. We have the NFL Sunday Ticket included so you can stay up to date or just enjoy in case of a rainy day. We also have a DVD library for your enjoyment. We have a brand new reclining, leather sofa & love-seat plus an over-sized rocker for comfortable seating. The combined dining area has seating for 6. The kitchen is very spacious & fully stocked if you wish to prepare your own meals. Kitchen towels & starter paper towels are provided for your use. We have a bar with 3 bar stools & also an eat in kitchen table with seating for 5. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level with 2 full baths. The 2 guest bedrooms are situated on the opposite end of the house from the master for privacy. The guest bedrooms each have brand new queen pillow top mattresses with 600TC sheets and flat screen TVs with Direct TV. The master has a king bed with brand new pillow top mattress, 600TC luxury sheets, full bath with soaker tub & separate shower & a walk in closet. The master has sliding glass doors leading out to the large upper deck & allows you to wake up to the beauty of the lake each morning. There is a 42'' LED TV with Direct TV as well. The lower level living area has comfortable couches with seating for 5. Curl up on a cold winter night in front of our gas fireplace with a good book from our library. There are also sliding glass doors leading out to the lower covered patio & they allow for perfect water views. There is a 50'' flat screen with Direct TV, DVD player and board games to keep the whole family occupied on a rainy day. Adjacent to the living area is a game room with pool table & bar area. We have bar essentials provided so all you have to do is bring your own drinks. We have also provided a mini fridge downstairs. A very large 4th bedroom is located downstairs with a queen bed with brand new pillow top mattress & twin bunk beds. Luxury linens are again provided & this room has amazing lake views with sliding glass doors leading out to the lower patio with hot tub. There is a 50'' flat screen with Direct TV provided. Down the hall is an office in case you must bring your work with you & high speed wireless internet is throughout the house so you can stay connected. There is also a full bath downstairs with washer & dryer for your convenience. We have also added a full size air hockey table. Outdoors we have just as much to offer! Relax in our brand new 6 person hot tub with radio, led lights & waterfall. We have ample tables & seating on both the upper deck & lower patio. We have a gas & charcoal grill for those family cookouts or you may want to roast marshmallows by the water at the fire pit area (seasonal). Bring your own boat or jet ski or rent from one of our area marinas & launch it just 2 lots down at our private community boat ramp. We have a covered dock with electric & bar stools for seating. Bask in the sun on the sun deck or jump in for a swim! We are located in a very quiet cove that has almost no traffic. Feel free to take our paddle boat out for a venture in the cove as well. Some life jackets & swim toys/floats are provided. We hope that you will enjoy all the amenities that our home has to offer but if you need to venture out we are only 8 miles (15 min) to Mooresville with a vast array of shopping, restaurants, & activities for the whole family. This house was set up with you in mind & it's our hope that many wonderful memories will be made with your family & friends on the water!
