Living room area offers another 42" TV, a fold out twin bed and couch for additional sleeping. Walk-out covered patio allows for privacy for coming & going and a lovely view for just hanging out. Our patio consists of new custom made cedar gliders & rocker, Chimera, tabletop water fountain and seasonal plants for working remotely, or just enjoying the beautiful yard. The apartment is the entire lower level of the house with a patio entry and private walkway. Private parking is on the driveway and it's a very safe neighborhood with low crime rate. Safely stroll day or night in this private, quaint neighborhood where the streets are lined with 60 year old gigantic oak trees.
