The space A dedicated space for our Airbnb guests includes a cozy living room, kitchenette, queen bedroom with desk for work, 42" TV and full private bath. Living room area offers another 42" TV, a fold out twin bed with gel mattress and the couch for additional sleeping. Walk-out covered patio allows for privacy when coming & going and a lovely view for just hanging out. Our patio consists of new custom-made cedar gliders, Chimera, tabletop water fountain, seasonal plants and the beautiful yard. Guest access The apartment is the entire lower level of the house with a patio entry and private walkway. Private parking is on the driveway and it's a very safe neighborhood with low crime rate. Safely stroll day or night in this private, quaint neighborhood where the streets are lined with 60 year old gigantic oak trees. Other things to note We provide coffee and ice. Bathroom vanity is fully stocked for whatever you may have forgotten. Toilet has an attached bidet.
