Enjoy the Nifty 50s Kitchen, an art deco 1940s Dining Room, a living room in 'mod' 1960s decor, retro 70s bedrooms, full basement with a custom 1950s Knotty Pine bar, a record player, along with vintage Pinball machines. Experience a step back in time as you remember fondly your Good Ol' Days. The space *Due to the coronavirus, we're taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. This unique home is like living in a museum of the 1950s, 60s, 70s, & 80s. There are working rotary phones, pinball machines, vintage board games, record players & LPs, Barbie Dolls, and oh the trip down memory lane is free. Guest access You have access to the entire home, front porch -- overlooking Broad Avenue (the main street in town) and the back porch that overlooks a patio and charcoal grill and beautiful back yard -- complete with an old-fashioned clothes line in case you want to hang your 'clean' laundry in the yard. Other things to note Plenty of shops on the Avenue with a great antique co-ops located right across the street; a 100 year old bakery, pizza shops, a Catholic Elementary school and church are a block away and a hometown grocery store is within walking distance. Local Dairy Queen is also within walking distance as is a Community Bank Park located behind the Dairy Queen. Loaded with great restaurants (no chain restaurants) and local wineries too.
