This cottage is the perfect place to spend your anniversary, honeymoon, or just a romantic getaway. Sit on the front porch in the mornings with your cup of coffee and watch the deer graze down by the cypress tree by Barons Creek. Come back to the cottage in the evenings and relax in the private hot tub with glass of wine, ice cold beer or beverage of your choice. Look up at the stars and enjoy the hill country night air. There is a charcoal BBQ pit out back for your convenience. The house has 1 king size bed, TV in bedroom, TV, DVD player with streaming services (accounts not provided) & VCR with movies in living room. Kitchen has an antique sink that was in the house when it was bought, 1950's style fridge, coffee maker, coffee, toaster, microwave, blender, dishes and a kitchen table. Bathroom has an antique clawfoot tub with a handheld shower, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, towels, hair dryer & heater. Hot tub is out back for your privacy, charcoal BBQ grill, back porch, circular drive, and an extra sitting area under the trees. WE REQUIRE A 2 NIGHT STAY ON A FRIDAY OR SATURDAY CHECKIN... You can always check with us sometimes we will make an exception. NO PETS ALLOWED! Guest access The house is all private. No host on property. There is a charcoal bbq pit and hot tub out back for your use. Other things to note one bedroom, one bath (clawfoot tub with a handheld shower), kitchen(no stove), living room, hot tub, bbq pit, circular drive, cable tv in bedroom and living room, wifi, and just 2 1/2 blocks off of main st. easy walking to the many shops, restaurants and festivals, private, romantic, secluded. The nightly rate includes the 13% tax for state and local taxes.
