You'll be just a few steps from the Gulf of Mexico, and within walking distance of restaurants, nightlife, and beach rentals of all sorts. Step inside to find a modern living space with lots of lights. After a long day in the sun, you can relax with a book on the leather sofa, watch the large flatscreen TV, or head outside to the pool area to sip a refreshing cocktail. Please note that while grilling is permitted in the back patio, grills must be gas or electrical (NO charcoal grills please) Assigned parking for two vehicles in tandem. The pool is NOT heated This is a non-smoking, non-vaping property Other things to note **** Weather events, including tropical storms and hurricanes, are not accepted reasons for cancellations, re-scheduling, or refunds (unless there is a government mandated evacuation or shutdown). We highly recommend to acquire Travelers or Cancellation insurance at the time of booking to protect your travel/vacation investment. **** Guests will be provided with a starter kit containing toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent (when applicable), coffee paper filters and a few trash bags. It is recommended to bring personal toiletries, additional supplies and beach gear including beach towels. The pool is not heated (there is NO SPA). This property does NOT allow parties, events or external visitors.
