Even if you invite all your family plus some friends you will not be crowded. There are beds for 17 and fold-out couch adds 2 more. The house, yard, pool and dock area are large enough for everyone to be comfortable. Your own private retreat, this property encompasses over one acre and boasts 170 ft. of water frontage including a private dock. The backyard is a perfect playground for your family framed by native trees and wildlife. Enjoy the screened-in, custom pool and gorgeous views of Palma Sola Bay. Get a glimpse of what the original Florida was like while swinging on the porch swing surrounded by towering Banyan trees, waterside Mangroves and tropical landscaping. Watch the fish jump, porpoises and manatees swim and the birds fly in and out. Experience the beauty of our sunrises and sunsets. All the privacy you want, but only minutes to the white sands and blue waters of Holmes Beach, Anna Marie Island, Bradenton Beach and many more. Easy walking distance to the Holmes Beach Causeway, grocery stores and public transportation. Fish from the private dock that extends over 100 feet out into the Bay. Clean your catch on the aluminum fish cleaning table. Bring your kayaks and paddle boards, or put your boat in the water on one of the Causeway boat ramps and anchor it at the private dock. If you dont mind a little seaweed, there is even a small private beach area. The tub is surrounded by large bay windows overlooking the Bay. Motorized shades have been added for your privacy. It is the perfect place for some me time. The TV Room with a carved wooden door can be a retreat from the noise and commotion of the rest of the house with a 65 inch HD Smart TV. It has comfortable recliners and a comfortable fold-out Queen sleeper couch that can double as a 6th Bedroom in the main house. The Living Room is a sitting room for relaxing and viewing the Bay through the double glass doors that open onto the porch. A half bath off the Living Room completes the downstairs. The additional 4 Bedrooms, 3 full Baths and Laundry Room are Upstairs. Bedroom #2 is en-suite featuring a claw foot tub, King size bed and walk-in closet. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds, built-in shelves and storage benches with a view of the Bay and walk-in closet. Bedroom #4 has a King bed, built-in shelves and storage benches overlooking the Bay with a walk-in closet. Bedroom #5 has two Queen beds and overlooks the Bay. Bathroom #3 has double sinks featuring a pocket door that separates the sinks from the toilet and shower Bathroom #4 has double sinks, toilet and tub with shower. Make your morning coffee in the Kitchenette, sit on the balcony overlooking the Bay. Enjoy some quiet time. Inside there is seating for four and more at the Dining Room table which looks out over the Bay. The Living Room features another set of double glass doors overlooking the Bay with comfortable seating and 55inch Smart TV. Bedroom #1 has a full bunk bed on the bottom and twin bunk on the top. Bedroom #2 features a King size bed. The sparkling bathroom is state-of-the-art -- glass shower with rain shower head, all new fixtures and lots of storage space. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat. Other things to note 1. Please read the guestbook! Info like trash days, wifi passwords, and other things you need to know is located in the book. 2. Any people other than those in the guest party (renter) are the sole responsibility of the guest (renter). Parties and events are not allowed unless given prior approval from the management company and paid an event fee. If a party or event did happen at the house an additional fee will be charged to the card on file based on the property rented. 3. This home is privately owned. The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on-premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. 4. Pets are only permitted with prior approval and upon completion of the Pet Addendum to the rental agreement. An additional pet fee does apply. 5. Please be considerate to the neighbors and not have loud music after 10 pm. 6. All items in the home and on the property, including DVD's, CD, books and games are intended for entertainment and enjoyment of the guests while staying at the house and are not to be removed from the home or property. The only exception would be those items which are intended for use at the beach. 7. Some properties have keys and garage/ gate remotes, if they are lost its $50 each to replace. 8. Please clean the grills after each use. There will be a $50 cleaning fee charged if grill is not cleaned. 9. No smoking allowed in the house. Smoking is allowed outside only. ($500 cleaning fee applies if found smoking in house or smoke smell) 10. Please follow the departure instructions to help keep our cleaning costs down.
