PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING! The space 111-A Capricorn is located on South Padre Island, TX and is 1/2 a block from the beach. This South Padre Island rental property was designed to accommodate a large amount of people with total comfort! The living room, dining area, kitchen, and bunk bedroom are located on the 1st floor. The bunk room features two full size bunk beds with bedding to accommodate eight (8) children. The kitchen is very spacious with lots of cabinetry for easy storage. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. This kitchen has everything you need to prepare an unforgettable family meal. The large dining room table, bar seating, and outside patio seating provide plenty of areas for guests to enjoy a meal at the house. Ready to take a dip? Guests can easily access the backyard through the 1st floor living room. Enjoy getting a tan in the tropical backyard featuring a private heated pool and hot tub! The backyard offers ample seating for guests with an array of lounge chairs, outdoor couch, and patio table. The second floor entails 4 spacious bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms feature king size beds. The 4th bedroom entails two queen size beds. All bedrooms have access to balconies. Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.
