Waterfront Retreat on Lake LBJ - Sleeps 16

This 5 bedroom lake front home is is situated on a large shaded lot on the highly sought after open water of the Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ. Relax on one of the two large patios that overlook the lake and watch the boats go by. Or, spend your time relaxing on the newly constructed boat dock and swimming in the roped off swim area. Guests bringing their own boat will tie up to the dock using the available cleats. Boat slips and lifts are not available. The space House has a great layout to enjoy time with family and friends inside and out. On the main floor, the kitchen opens to the family room, all with views of the lake. The large screened in porch is equipped with comfortable lounge furniture in addition to a picnic table to take in the lake breeze while eating or relaxing. And let's not forget the kids - nothing better than a private space for kids to enjoy. The first floor has a large bunk room with 4 bunk beds (2 are double beds) in addition to a media/game area with a large TV, and their own private bathroom and porch! The house is best suited for 8 adults and their children and grandchildren. Please contact owner if your party contains more than 8 adults. Please note that the pet fee is $100 per pet, per stay. You will need to complete and sign the pet agreement. Once approved, any additional funds for multiple pets will be requested. Master - Cal. Guest access Keyless entry makes it easy to access. Other things to note Check in no earlier than 4pm and checkout by 10AM. Requests for early check in or late check out may be made to owner on duty and depend on rental and cleaning schedule for the days in question.
