Our cozy abode is a single-family, multi-level home with about 1100 sqft of comfort spread over 1 bedroom, 2 baths, a spacious living room, a modern kitchen, and lots of bathroom space. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and dresser. The loft area has a twin-size daybed with a trundle and tall dresser. With a breathtaking view of the lake, our cottage provides for a great weekend of fun, family, nature, and most importantly - relaxation - for the entire family. The space Our Cottage on Conesus Lake is right on the water with an upstairs patio overlooking the lake. Our cottage is perfect for a morning coffee or an evening snuggle with a loved one watching the light glow over the lake as the sun rises and sets. Guest access The guest has full access to the property. All buildings located across the street are off-limits to guests. Guest must park in designated areas or anywhere on the street. Our winter weather can be very snowy and icy; we will keep you informed of any delays or issues with snow clean-up. Snow melting product and a shovel are by the door (outside). Other things to note Guest must understand that winter weather may impact the use of the driveway. Snow will be plowed from the driveway if accumulated over 3 inches. We will communicate will you, via Airbnb, if the weather will impact parking in any way. Off-street parking is limited in the winter. Although we do the best we can to keep the entryways and paths clear of snow, at times guests may have to shovel as the snowfall can be unpredictable.
