Suite O4W
This suite is part of the house my husband and I have lived for 21 years. This is an inner city, multi cultural, urban neighborhood with all types of people with different socioeconomic backgrounds. We have always enjoyed hosting friends most of the time in this area of the house. We decided to separate this section completely from the house by creating its own entrance and kitchenette. This unit is an in-law-suite in a 100 year old renovated house with private entrance on the front left side. It's about 650 sq.ft. with sunroom, living room, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet. There is plenty of free street parking and one gated parking spot available in the rear of the house. To use the gated parking please check in through the front of property and get the gate remote from the coffee table. Please park to the right of the red french doors in front of the orange curb. The driveway and the yard will be the only part of the property that is shared. We will be available for help by phone or in person because we live next door. Old Fourth Ward is a trendy, diverse neighborhood near some of best dinning and entertainment in Atlanta with walkability score of 81 and bike-ability 83. Our particular area has a healthy mix of high and low income residents that could possibly make some guest uncomfortable if they're not accustom to an urban environment. Marta N/S rail line station 3/4 mile directly west. Atlanta street car 1/2 mile directly south. One available gated parking space behind house accessible with remote. Plenty of free street parking in front of house and quick Uber and Lyft response time. There is a 2 burner quartz cooktop and a large toaster oven in the kitchenette. Our particular area has a healthy mix of high and low income residents that could possibly make some guest uncomfortable if they're not accustom to an urban environment.
