Park & Walk to town, 3 Hot tubs open, Views

Come & enjoy any season in Leavenworth You will feel right at home as soon as you enter our spacious, clean and up to date condo over looking the 14th fairway on the golf course, enjoy 2 pools + toddler pool, (Pools are open depending on winter weather) 3 hot tubs are open for guests use, views & an easy walk into the village of Leavenworth for strolling, shopping & dinner. The bonus is being able to park in carport and walk into front street, as parking can be a challenge on the busier days. The space When our guests arrive, they always mention that it is better than expected! Some guests have made comments that the view is so nice, it seems fake. Our private owned condo sits on the WorldMark Resort..our guests do not check in at the clubhouse, they are given a door code and arrival details to park in our covered carport and start to enjoy their stay. As our guests, they get to enjoy all of the resort amenities...2 heated pools (seasonal April-October) 3 hot tubs, tennis/basketball courts out the front door of the condo. Kid's catch and release fishing pond and much much more. Did I forget to mention that the village is a quick and easy 10 minute walk. Many of our guests are repeat guests year after year..this is a huge compliment to us as we know that travelers have many options when visiting Leavenworth. ************************************* Leavenworth is located in a mountain town, which means from November to March, expect the chance of winter driving in snow and other winter weather. Plan accordingly with a 4x4 or All Wheel Drive vehicle. A great site to watch is WSDOT for the traveling conditions. Guest access Our guests will have complete access to the entire condo. There is 2 bedrooms (king bed in master bedroom and queen bed in second bedroom) There is also a queen pull out sofa with a thick mattress topper in the living room. The condo has 2 nice large bathrooms (shower/tub combo in the main bath) Fully equipped kitchen with basic items such as foil, saran wrap, spices, coffee/tea, popcorn and more little items to make your stay more comfortable. There is a propane BBQ on the outdoor deck. Laundry room with detergent for our guests use. 2 pools and 3 hot tubs are open May until October 1st. 2 hot tubs are open year round. Pool Towels provided. Other things to note Details such as WIFI...FREE wifi and log in can be found in the condo. There is also a binder full of great information. The condo is provided with Netflix for many TV viewing options, as well as 10 chosen channels from Hallmark, HGTV, Disney, Sports and more. (we hope that our guests do not travel to Leavenworth to spend time watching TV when there are so many great things to do outside and in the area)
