Our nautical themed three bedroom home has the feeling of being away and the comfort of being home. It is a very short distance from Hudson Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. It is located in a very nice neighborhood with people of all different ages. This beautiful nautically decorated 3 bedroom 2 full bath home in a cul de sac has all the comforts of home. This home comfortably sleeps 6. Home is nice and clean and well maintained. The house is located in Beacon Woods East in Hudson Florida. The area consists of people of all ages and is in a safe neighborhood. The home is on a private cul de sac with only a handfull of neighbors on the block. The home is surrounded by a quarter acre of property and is very private. The home is stylishly decorated. The kitchen will feel just like home with all the utensils (cheese grater, grapefruit knife, peeler etc), pots and pans you will need. It also has a blender, food processor, crock pot, grilled cheese maker and waffle iron. There also is a knife station with assorted knife sizes. The master bedroom has a queen size very comfortable bed with a walk in closet and attached master bathroom. The master bathroom has a handicap grab bar in the tub. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the 3rd bedroom has one queen bed. The living room has a flat screen TV, DVD player with a modern sound system. There is a small collection of books that you are welcome to read along with a small DVD movie collection which you are welcome to view. There is a screened in patio with a patio set. The garage is available to keep your car out of the hot Florida sun. The second bedroom has a printer for your use. Feel free to connect your computer so you can use it. The rent includes electric, water, (of course within normal usage) lawn maintenance, curbside garbage collection on Wednesday and Saturday, Dish satellite for your television viewing and high speed wireless internet. The community of Beacon Woods has it's own affordable golf course. There also are other golf courses nearby. The town of Hudson has it's own Beach, there you can swim or just read a book and enjoy the sunset. It is best that you bring your own car for your transportation needs. The neighborhood has sidewalks for easy walking. There are fishing poles in the garage for your use.
