It can comfortably sleep six people with a bedroom and dedicated bathroom on each floor - everyone gets their privacy. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dining table that seats up to 8 comfortably. The $33 cost of this protection has been included in the cleaning fee and covers you for accidental damages during your stay.
