Cabin is a stunning ~3200 square foot house located in Suncadia with 2 levels including 3 bed rooms and 2.5 baths PROPERTY OVERVIEW * 1 King Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2), 2 Double Beds (sleeps 4), Loft (1 double on double, 1 twin over twin bunk beds, sleeps 6) -> Sleeps total of 14 * 3 Bedrooms + Loft + , 2.5 Bathrooms (2 with Bathtub) * Private Hot tub w/ Mountain Views * Outdoor Dining Table, Extra Chairs, BBQ, Patio fireplace * Fantastic location within 5-10 mins from major places (resort, winery) * Multiple Smart TVs | Free Wi-Fi Internet | Gas Fireplaces (indoor and outdoor) * Private Covered Hot tub * Pet-Friendly (Two Pet Max | $100 flat fee) * Centralized HVAC system * The garage has a ping pong table , pool table with there are tons of board games , video games and toys for the kids! * PARKING: You can park 4 SUVs max on driveway. So, Please carpool. No parking on the street/gravel/dirt. $1000+ fines could be added if you violate by HOA. Guest access You will have access to the entire home. Other things to note THINGS TO DO in Cle Elum, Roslyn, Lake Cle Elum, Suncadia Resort! * River Rafting on the Yakima River * Horseback Riding w/ Happy Trails or Three Peaks Outfitters * Boating, and Jet skiing on Lake Cle Elum * Swimming at Speelyi Beach on Lake Cle Elum or Cooper Lake Swimming Hole * Fly Fishing at the Yakima River * Mountain Biking in Roslyn, Suncadia, Rat Pac Trail * Hiking Trails in the Teanaway, Roslyn, Cle Elum, Suncadia Area SURVEILLANCE DEVICES: 1. House has Doorbell with Camera 2. Outdoor areas are monitored through exterior cameras HOUSE GUIDE/RULES: Safety is a huge concern to us. If you proceed forwards you understand that Slips, trips, cuts, falls & heat strokes are on the guests. By renting the home you are waiving all liabilities on the owners. 1. Please keep your shoes at the entryway. Shoes are not allowed inside the house. 2. Please ensure pets are kept off the couches and beds. This is to provide quality experience to every guest we host. 3. Please clean after your pet. LEAVE NO TRACE (WASTE) behind otherwise you would be fined. ($250) 4. No smoking allowed. 5. No events or parties allowed. 6. Please make sure, the hot tub is covered after use properly and temperature is set back to 100F. Please make sure you understand the risks or side effects of staying in Hot Tub (especially if you are pregnant, please avoid it). Also, make sure to rinse off before getting into hot tub, if dump and refill is needed after your stay, $200 fine will be added to cover the cost. 7. DON’T LEAVE KIDS unattended in Hot tub or outdoors or anywhere where supervision is needed. 8. Please don’t burn wood in any circumstance. Use the gas fire pit. Cle Elum is very high fire risk area, if you are found burning wood. Law enforcement would be notified. 10. Please observe the quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Remember there are folks who live full time close by so please respect the rules and keep it down to avoid any issues. If you violate, complaints can be made by neighbors or if security finds it. Upwards of $1000 fine could be added if violate. 11. No parking on the street/gravel/dirt at all times. Only park on driveway. If you violate, $1000+ fine will be added. 11. Please clean all the dishes that you use during your stay including Coffee Pot, Blender and any other appliance or utensils. 12. Please turn-off the gas for the grill/fireplaces after the use. 13. Garbage bins are located outside. Please make sure to pack the garbage and put into large bins. 14. [Winter] Snow shovels are available for use. Please make sure they are placed back in the same spot after use. 15. [Winter] Please watch out for icy and slippery surfaces. Be careful and watch your steps. If you think something is not right, let me know as soon as possible. If you are not comfortable with any of the rules or any other thing mentioned above, then, this house isn't for you.
