Lake Cowichan Retreat - directly on the lake!

Enjoy 70 feet of breathtaking lakefront with private dock & beach at our Lakehouse. We are located in an executive neighborhood & offer incredible lakefront living in our beautiful 2200 sq/ft 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. There is a full walkout deck on all 3 levels & ALL bedrooms have a lakeview! Due to local bylaws, we are only able to accept a minimum 30 day rental (to a max of 6 months). We have availability for up to 5 months total between October 1, 2026 and May 15, 2027! The space The house consists of 3 levels: The master bedroom Is 500 square feet and occupies the entire upper level. There is a twin trundle bed for children on this level as well. This level has a full en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. The main (middle level) contains a beautiful kitchen complete with granite counter tops, brand new stainless steel appliances, and an enormous butcher block island that seats 4 easily. The living room has 2 leather couches and a flat screen TV. The walkout lower level contains 2 bedrooms and a separate open rec room that we use as a 4th bedroom. There is also a full shared bathroom on this level. Our home is child friendly! There are manual alarms on each of the lakeside doors that act as a siren if the doors are opened. Also, we live on a speed controlled flat road that has almost no traffic - perfect for little ones who want to ride their bikes. We have had approximately 8 rentals over the last 10 years - guests have loved the area so much that 3 of the families have gone on to buy on our street and become neighbours! We are building memories with our family here - hopefully you can too! Guest access Entire home except for 3 locked off closets. Other things to note Because our rentals are 30 days or more, our rental does NOT incur the 11% BC Accommodation tax normally collected by Airbnb on behalf of the BC government for rentals in BC.
