Welcome to your home base for all that Sedona has to offer! Our newer custom home will provide you and your group with a comfortable and quiet stay among the red rocks in the perfect location of West Sedona. We keep our home stocked with all of the necessities/amenities needed for your stay including a 50 amp EV charging plug and a Keurig coffee station. The attentive host is always available to make sure that your stay is a success and we are always at reach to assist you. TPT#21507473 Our home features a split floor plan with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A cozy fireplace is available along with games, puzzles, a Nintendo Classic, and two new smart TV's with paid Netflix and a cable subscription. A dedicated workstation and high speed internet is also available. The lush backyard is very quiet and offers red rock views, plenty of seating, a BBQ grill, cornhole, propane fire pit, and a relaxing hot tub. We also include water shoes, backpacks for hiking, and a bike maintenance stand with a bicycle tool kit and air compressor. Our home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of parking in the garage and the extended driveway. The entire home is exclusively available for guests to use. You will also have access to the two car garage, extended driveway, and the front and back yard spaces. The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood in West Sedona. The home is a three minute walk to the Sugar Loaf Trailhead which provides access to a number of trails for hiking or mountain biking. You can head west to Chimney Rock, east to Coffeepot Rock, or climb Sugarloaf for views. West Sedona offers a large number of fantastic restaurants from pizza and diners to fine dining and steakhouses. There are four grocery stores in the direct vicinity including a Whole Foods and organic grocers. For public transportation the Verde Lynx bus service can be accessed from the 89A which is a 15 minute walk. Uber and Lyft are available but they can be spotty at times so be sure to check on wait times before you need your ride. Local taxis are available along with several trolley tours. The new Sedona Shuttle is a fantastic way to access trails without worrying about crowded trailhead parking lots. The shuttle is free and the nearest pick up lot is only 1.5 miles away at Posse Grounds Park.
