Secure lock on the door, and security at the resort. Elevators are just steps away! Privacy is yours, and we won't be bothering you on your vacation. Close to Pier Park, centrally located. A short drive to St. Andrews state park. One Parking pass and armbands for 4 are included in your stay, and a car is recommended. This is NOT a party spot. Condo has a maximum occupancy of 4 people. MUST be 21 years of age to rent. (Association rule - no exceptions) No Smoking (even on the balcony) and no pets One Parking pass and 4 armbands (reusable and stay in the condo upon departure) will be in the condo for you when you arrive. No need to check in at the desk and stand in line - go right to the condo! No animals unless a CERTIFIED SERVICE animal (NO ESA are permitted) - this is per our condo association rules and there are NO EXCEPTIONS. We do require SERVICE animals to provide documentation including services provided by the animal, and that the information is provided in advance of the stay.
