The rest of the property is available for walks, but the barn buildings, and horse occupied pastures, are off limits. The fourth floor has two trundle beds (sleeps 4) but is accessed via a stair case, leading up from the 3rd floor media room. There is no bathroom on the 4th floor. The media room has a pull out couch that can double as an extra bedroom, but the folks on the 4th floor have to pass through this room, so it's not private. The house is equipped with A/C in all the bedrooms and the living room! There is Wi-fi throughout the house.
