Door County Cabin in the Woods, Baileys Harbor

This lovely Door County log cabin is a beautiful home located in the town of Baileys Harbor, Wisconsin. It sits on 3-1/2 wooded acres in a secluded, but not remote location. It is a perfect spot to relax, rewind and still be within minutes of all Door County has to offer. Pet friendly, open year round. Because we are pet and people friendly, we use Mosquito Squad to keep mosquitoes and ticks down to a bare minimum. Always pet & people friendly natural chemicals used. The space This pet friendly quaint cabin is located approximately one mile from the small town of Baileys Harbor. The cabin is located on a private gravel road with other residences in the area. The private road is part of a snowmobile trail so access to other snowmobile trails is easy. This gravel road is also one of our favorite places for an evening walk in summer! Two bedrooms each with queen sized bed, full bathroom with walk in shower, comfy kitchen and living room area with fire view propane stove. The skylight and large windows in the cabin mean that the space is always full of sunlight. We have a lovely, huge firepit on the property. The cabin has central heating and central air conditioning. Huge screened in front porch with seating and dining table and chairs. Wrap around deck. Smaller screened in porch off master bedroom. For TV folks, we have a large screen HD TV in the living room with Roku device, Roku Channel, Youtube TV (live with local Green Bay channels) and Netflix. We have Door County Broadband fiber optic cable internet for exceptionally great service. Guest access The entire cabin is available to our guests. The private road has only about 10 homes on it and is well maintained in both summer and winter. Other things to note We have decided not to continue supplying small hand soaps, small bottles of shampoo and conditioner for your use. In our efforts to provide a green friendly and virus safe environment for you, we have discontinued them – but will leave bulk sized bottles for your use of hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. We will wash those bottles prior to your arrival. We will leave extra cleaning supplies and sprays under kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Also winter likes to linger in this part of Wisconsin. We normally put away/cover our outside dining and firepit seating equipment -- as well as our gas grill by November 1. And we get them out again right around April 30 unless Mother Nature has a much kinder spring than she has been having lately!
