Harvest Hill -Fredericksburg Home with a View

Our Harvest Hill House is located on a hillside in the middle of our farmland. The view is spectacular and peaceful. The scenery of crops varies by the season, but is always terrific. The setting is very private. There is outdoor furniture to enjoy on the patios. The space The house is a ranch type with two bedrooms on the main floor and three bedrooms in the basement. All the bedrooms have closets and luggage racks and drawer space. The kitchen is completely stocked with small appliances, cookware, and dinnerware. The living room is furnished with oversized comfy sofas and chairs, a gas fireplace, a large television, and has a bay window overlooking the countryside. A second common space room has a workstation and also the countryside view. The basement has a very large common area which has a television/gaming area as well as several game room furnishings kids will love. Bedroom #5 is designed with kids in mind and has a bunk, single and trundle beds. Bedroom # 4 also has a trundle bed. A pack and play and a highchair are available as well as puzzles, books, games, and toys for all ages. The bathroom off of Bedroom # 1 has a jetted tub. Both a washer and dryer are available for guests. Harvest Hill has Gigibit Internet, Xfinity TV and WiFi. We have two different patio spaces for guests to sit and enjoy the view. The larger patio offers a seating wall complete with propane fire pit for people to enjoy in the evening. Guest who rents the house must be at least 28 years old, and must stay at the home for the entire time of the booking. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and yard and parking area -- except the garage. Other things to note Harvest Hill is a house with an unforgettable countryside view. The house is very clean and friendly. Guests will find Harvest Hill to be comfortable and relaxing while being able to easily accommodate a large number of guests while still maintaining their privacy.
