The apartment in my home has a private entrance and is in a very quiet country setting. Stunning views of sunsets, mountains and valley's from the property. 5 minutes to Pebble Creek Ski Area, 30 minutes (20 miles) to Lava Hot Springs and 15 minutes to Pocatello. Miles of mountain bike and hiking trails, great fishing, hunting, and boating. Easy access to I-15. Great base camp within three hours of Yellowstone National Park, Craters of the Moon, Island Park, Shoshone Falls, Sun Valley, Jackson Hole, Pebble Creek Ski Area, Lava Hot Springs, Salt Lake City, Fort Hall Casino, The Pocatello Water Park and Zoo, as well as many other local attractions. Plenty of parking for RVs or trailers with pull through driveway to property. I have a large community garden on the property. Guests are welcome to harvest veggies in season. There is also a fire pit on the patio and swing set on the west lawn to watch the sun set. Large open living/dining room with entertainment center, WiFi access, ping pong table and kitchenette. Large bathroom with shower and soaker tub. Four fully furnished bedrooms, two with their own desk. Two bedrooms with in-room sinks. Small kitchen area has a full sized refrigerator/freezer, new washer/drier, large sink, stove/oven and over the stove microwave. The dogs and I live upstairs on the main floor of the house and my office is in the loft. I often work from the house, so I am around the house pretty frequently. I live in a wonderful rural area on nice acreage about half way between the valley floor and the Pebble Creek Ski Area Lodge. There are lots of places to walk, bike ride, ski, snow mobile etc. nearby, but you'll need a vehicle here to get around. You will have secure access and use of the entire 2000 sq. ft. ground level floor of my home. I don't rent out the rooms separately. The apartment has it's own private ground level patio for outdoor seating with a gas grill and wood patio fireplaces for fun nights out under the stars.
