You can also view the Washington Monument. Located in a quiet family neighborhood and close to all Georgetown area. Take lyft/uber, metro, bus for travelling to Washington DC including Washington National Cathedral & United States Naval Observatory. There is a bus across the street that connects to the metro station. The space 1st Floor: ***Living Room, Kitchenette, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, table tennis table - An open living room with TV and Sofa. - Kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and sink. - Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed and a Day Bed with en-suite bathroom - 2nd Bedroom has 2 twin beds. - Spacious bathroom 2nd Floor: ***Living Room, Large Kitchen, 2 Bedrooms, and 2 Baths - A spacious living room with TV and Sofa. - Kitchen equipped with drip coffee machine, Keurig coffee machine, digital air fryer oven, microwave, fridge, cooktop, and basic kitchen essentials. - 2 dining tables - Master Bedroom has a King bed with en-suite bathroom. - 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds - Spacious bathroom - 1 dining table can be converted into business meeting table as shown in picture. Projector, screen, and high chair on demand only 3rd Floor: ***Living Room, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Kitchenette - A large living room with TV and Sofa. - Master Bedroom has a Queen bed, a Day bed, and a crib with en-suite bathroom. - 2nd Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds. - 3rd Bedroom has a Queen Bed with kitchenette. - A spacious bathroom. ****House Rules**** - The code to get access to the house will be provided on the day of arrival around 2pm for check in at 3pm. No exceptions, unless you have requested an early check in (please note there is a $300 early check in fee). - Pets are not allowed - Events/Parties are not allowed, this isn’t a party home! - Smoking of any kind is STRICTLY PROHIBITED - Quiet Hours: 9:00PM - 7:00AM (NO LOUD MUSIC) - Report any damages IMMEDIATELY. Please do not wait until the end of your stay!!! - No street shoes allowed inside the house - Keep doors and windows closed all the time! Do not open doors and windows when the AC/Heat is turned on, during bad weather conditions, when home is vacant - No foods/drinks allowed in the bedrooms - Clean any spills or messes made immediately - For longer stays, please empty trash regularly into the dumpster located outside of the house on the private parking lot (backside of the house). Please NOTE!!! - NO FOOD in the SINK; discard all food debris, cookings oils/grease & coffee grounds into the trash - FLUSH ONLY TOILET PAPER in the toilet --> DO NOT FLUSH: tissues, wipes, DIAPERS, paper towels, feminine hygiene products, trash of any kind, etc in the toilet. Please use the trash cans located in each bathroom. For longer stays, please empty bathroom trash regularly. ****Emergency**** - Contact US IMMEDIATELY for any EMERGENCIES and unexpected MAINTENANCE ISSUES, like a burst pipe, power outage, clogged toilets, etc... ****Check-out Instructions**** - Gather all dirty towels and leave them in the bathrooms. - Take out the garbage to the dumpster which is located outside of the house on the private parking lot (backside of the house). - Close all doors and windows. - Notify host at DEPARTURE. ****Extra Info**** - Early check-in and late check-out is not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Additionally, there will be an early check in fee UPTO $300 (extra Airbnb fee & taxes may apply) for check-in before 3pm and check-out after 10am. To ensure consideration, kindly submit any requests BEFORE making your RESERVATION. - We kindly ask that you AVOID sending requests during your stay, as the cleaning team arrives promptly at check-out time. Thank you for your understanding! - Our landscaper might stop by during your stay to take care of the yard. He’ll stay outside and won’t disturb you. ****Parking**** - Private parking for up to 4 standard vehicles - Owner’s car will be parked on the property parking lot - Illegally parked cars will be towed at owner’s expense, the host does not hold any liability. Guest access Parking is available for 4 standard cars. The owner’s car will be parked on the property’s parking during your stay.
