Description

This luxury unit is ideal for couples traveling together as both bedrooms are ensuites! Well-equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, electric fireplace, high speed internet, two bedrooms spaced far apart from each other, two living spaces, and a half bath give this property all of the best features you are looking for and more! The Master bedroom has a King size bed, and a double sink bathroom with stall shower and separate deep soaker tub. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and ensuite. Guest access Seasonal Outdoor heated pool, hot tub too. There is a fitness room in the building. Free parking for one car, free wifi and a generous cable package. Other things to note MINIMUM 90 DAYS rental effective May 1, 2024. Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria. Please note, construction is on-going on a building site located next to the Falls building. This may result in some inconvenience caused by building noise during normal working hours. We like to inform our guests that, being in the heart of downtown Victoria, you should expect some city noises. The Pool operates on a seasonal basis and is generally open from Victoria Day long weekend to Labour Day long weekend (approximately 3rd weekend of May to 1st weekend of September). It may be open longer in September but is totally weather dependent. The hot tub is open year round. VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control. Please note that there is no wifi in the common areas of buildings, ie: gym/pool area. PARKING for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage. PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE is 6 feet 8 inches. MAXIMUM LENGTH is 18 feet. If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction. CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit. All properties are NON SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance. MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25. NO PETS allowed. No Bike Storage in this Building.
